III. Correspondence - A referral from the Zoning Commission regarding a Petition to
amend the Zoning Regulations with respect to Section 17A and 17B Aquifer Protection.
Presentation by Keith Rosenfeld, Land Use Coordinator and discussion with respect to
any recommendations and/or comments made by the Board with respect to the referral
from the Zoning Commission regarding the Petition to Amend the Old Lyme Zoning
Regulations, Section 17 A and 17 B Aquifer Protection Regulations and to
adopt an “Aquifer Protection District Surficial Aquifer Protection Area”.
